Our Story
Nick’s Property Services LLC is a locally owned and operated company delivering reliable junk removal, moving support, and property services to homeowners and businesses. Originally founded in May 2020 in Medford, Massachusetts, just north of Boston, the company began as a moving and junk removal business focused on helping customers with relocations, cleanouts, and a wide range of property-related needs.
After several years of hands-on experience serving families and businesses, the company relocated to Apollo Beach, Florida in December 2024 and rebranded as Nick’s Property Services LLC to better serve the growing local community.
Built on a foundation of honest work, dependable service, and clear communication, the business is committed to being a trusted, go-to provider for junk removal and property services. As an owner-operated company, every project is handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and full accountability from start to finish.

Very cordial and professional service, and very nice young men...and they were available to do the job the NEXT DAY!!! In many cases, we can offer same-day or next-day service depending on availability. We recommend calling as early as possible.
What happens to the items you remove?
Whenever possible, usable items are donated. The rest is disposed of responsibly and in accordance with local regulations. We aim to keep as much material out of landfills as possible.
